I have been associated with many bands over the years. Seranna  was my own project however, and went through many different formats including a solo show. I continue with Seranna as my main musical vehicle. The closest I came to being professional, however, was with  Pink Fraud one of the most respected Pink Floyd tribute acts in which I played the Rick Wright, keyboards, role.

Seranna was founded in 1975 and has trickled along ever since. Terri Smith (Colligan) joined Pink Fraud as backing vocalist having worked in Seranna with me on some of my albums. In the early days (and I mean early.. we're talking school bands now. circa 1970 onwards!) I worked with another Pink Fraud member,  Pete Heyward (Pink Fraud's Dave Gilmour and older brother to Nick Heyward of Haircut 100 fame). In fact it was Pete who invited me to take on the Pink Fraud keyboards back in March 1998.

Later I formed a duo with Linda Cook , also ex-Pink Fraud (Remember her 'Great Gig in The Sky?) This had the working title of Hugs Unlimited and was the first time Linda had taken on a lead role.

Probably the longest run other than Seranna, that I has enjoyed (I use the term loosely) with any outfit was called The Unwelcome Visitors. It lasted 5 years  and started as a way of taking the pee out of friends, soon moving on to wider subjects. The band only ever did two gigs (under great pressure from friends and local pig farmers), yet their songs have been heard in bars, hotels and on beaches globally.
