RusTeK Ltd. was formed because many agencies through whom much of my work comes prefer their contractors to operate as Limited Companies.

I have worked in the area of IT voluntarily for many years, but my career started in 1976 when I followed my love of electronics and communications into an apprenticeship with what is now BT.

I have over 30 years exp in comms, much in management and support of systems (Ericsson, Mitel, Avaya, Siemens), peripheral equipment (NT4 and W2K), staff and projects.

My wide experience includes public and private sectors in many areas of industry and commerce (Government, Retail, Housing, Media publishing, NHS, Met Police, banking, global carrier and Dotcom)

I have handled a number of major projects (Call Centres, Met police and company merger/relocations) and have designed Wide area networks and internal structured cabling and LAN systems.

I also have knowledge of VOIP, routing and networking and have also had some experience of video conferencing.

I work well both autonomously and as a team member and am an avid problem solver.
